Audi e-tron

The Audi e-tron is a discontinued electric luxury SUV that marked Audi’s first major step into modern EVs in Australia. No longer available as a new car locally, it has effectively been replaced by newer Audi electric SUVs, including the Q8 e-tron and the smaller Q4 e-tron family. The original e-tron offered a large, premium SUV body with a quiet electric drive experience, strong refinement and the familiar high-quality cabin presentation expected of Audi. Its appeal is less about being the newest EV tech and more about delivering electric motoring in a conventional, comfortable luxury-SUV package. For Australian buyers shopping used premium EVs, it suits those wanting space, all-wheel-drive confidence and understated design, while noting that later Audi EVs bring improved charging, updated equipment and sharper pricing.
