Would you like fines with that? Driver trashes Macca's drive-thru

A McDonald’s drive-thru in Madera, California has been left without a menu board as a driver tried to exit after colliding with another vehicle in the queue.

KMPH Fox26reports the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado aggressively attempted to escape after failing to exchange his information with the other female driver.

One witness told reporters the driver hit the vehicle in front, admitted he didn’t have insurance, and instead offered $200 for the repair.

The female driver declined the offer which led to the driver of the Silverado attempting to escape.

A video of the incident was shared to the news outlet, which shows the large pickup perpendicular to the drive-through.

Ripping off the menu board during his escape, the driver then continued to reverse over the concrete sidewalk until he was able to drive away.

Damage to the Honda Odyssey in front can also be seen at the beginning of the footage.

Madera Police was notified of the incident but arrived on the scene well after the driver had fled.

The officers are treating the incident as a hit-and-run.
